is the sole of architecture.Ever since the construction of the
White Swan Hotel,Pearl
River Enterprise Ltd.has been devoted to buliding up and develop
its own team of designing elite.It established Pearl River Foreign
Investment Architecture Design Institute,which in 1987 was approved
as garden A comprehensive architectural design institude. Later
,two branch institutes were established in Nanhai and Zhuhai.These
design institutes focus on originality of design concept,application
of new technology and total management.Besides most of the construction
projects and real estate development projects generally contracted
by Pearl River Enterprises,they have also signed a large number
of industrial and civil buildings in Guangdong and other provinces.
In addition, they have profession teams in various fields,advanced
equipment and strong technical ability.Many of their designs are
national or provincal award winners.For example,the application
of high-strength concrete reinforced by steel pipes in Guangzhou
Peace World Plaza has been appraised by experts of the Ministry
of Construction as advanced national level.

Three Leaves Garden
is the matched residential project of Guangzhou Stadium.It possesses
a location advantage of being contiguous to Eastern Paradise.Baiyun
Mountain and Greenery Plaza of Baiyun New City;its transportation
network is convenient because of being next to the Gymnasium
Subway Station,as well as Baiyun Avenue.Three Leave Garden District
has adopted the construction style of Guangzhou Gymnasium,and
combined the garden quintessence from Australia,the nature and
humanism had been integrated very well.Three Leaves Garden has
cerated a very colorful,comfortable and wonderful residential
universe.
Guangzhou International Financial Center Plaza
It was designed by Pearl
River Foreign Funded Construction Design Institute.Ancient coin
style design has been integrated from the external elevation
surface to internal arrangement;this means an old Chinese saying
namely "Building being filled with money",This project
has been assessed as the First Grade Excellent Design Prize
in Guangzhou City and the Sencond Grade Prize in Guangdong Province.

It was the first grand
hotel invested by famers in China with a total construction
area at more than 43 thousand square meters and 28 floors height.It
was designed by Pearl River Foreign Funded Construction Design
Institute,and was assessed as "Luban Prize"in 1990.
Guangzhou Children Enrtertainment Cenrter
With a construction area
at more than 16 thousand square meters.it was co-invested by
various fields of social personages,contracted generally by
Pearl River Industrial Group and designed by Pearl River Foreign
Funded Construcrtion Design Institute for free.This project
was assessed as the First Grade Excellent Design Prize in Guangzhou
City and Guangdong Province in 1998,as well as the Second Grade
Excellent Design Prize by the Construction Ministry of State
in 1989.
